Rue Laplace is a little calm street situated between the Pantheon and Rue des Ecoles.
South exposed and facing the street this agreeable studio is located on the 1st French floor of a well maintained walk up building from the 17th century equipped with a entrance security system.
Just renovaded we put new windows for thermic and phonic isolation. Measuring around 30 m2 (for indication only)has white walls, a hall where there is a white tiled floor. Here are the kitchen space and the bathroom. In the living room there is a parquet It is perfect for one or two people.Is like a junior suite of a nice hotel.
In the living room a double glazed window draped with off white curtains opens to the street. It is furnished with a double sofa bed (new 2003) very confortable ,facing a rectangular coffee table, a wooden rectangular dining table with two nice chairs , a bookcase, a desk, a TV 55 cm on a console,a a VCR multistandard (NTSC )a hi fi sterea with cd ,a mobile hanging bar with fabric shelves, and twofloor halogen lamp and a personal digital safe box.
OPTION: we can provide a small bed for a child max 10 y.o cost 50 euros /week
The white tiled kitchen space placed to the left side of the hall is equipped with two electric burners, a small fridge, and a microwave oven set down on the shelves at the right side with a coffe expresso machine and a toaster.
Compact, the bathroom just renoved is also white tiled enclosing a tiled built in shower cabin protected by sliding screens, a nice green ceramic washbasin, and toilet.
This tiny street of the famous Latin Quarter neighbors the Pantheon, an outstanding historic point of interest. Built under Louis XV as an abbey church in 1750, converted into a secular mausoleum for the great men of the French liberation (for instance, the well known French novelist Victor Hugo was buried here). Also very near Le College de France created in 1530 by King Francois 1er, the Sorbonne University is in a fair walking distance. Down the hill is the renowned Boulevard Saint Germain, as well as the Seine River and its traditional second hand booksellers, and delectable islands.
A large number of nice restaurants and cafes, The Paradis Latin,
chic shops, and other quality services such as Maubert Mutualité and Mouffetard open-air markets, supermarkets, and fine bakeries.
The closest metro stops are Cardinal Lemoine and Maubert Mutualite (line
10), and the RER B & C -St Michel. In addition there is an efficient diverse
lines’ bus service.

A reservation is booking when i receive minimum 30% or your rental payment of the location and i send immediately a mail.
You need to receive this mail (or phone)to be confirmed obligatory.
You can book for every week of the years.booking early if you know your dates.
More than 60 people already rent the apartement and was very happy of the location.
