Both STUDIO 1 PANTHEON and STUDETTE PANTHEON 2 flat are situed near Pantheon monument in the left bank call RIVE GAUCHE
the exacte adress is Rue Laplace.It was one of those charming tiny Parisian streets that you have to know about to find.
Is very near to the Eglise St supplice who is about is the Da Vinci book .
METRO :MAUBERT MUTUALITE?CARDINALE LEMOINE OR LUXEMBOURG(RER STATION)
Studette Bachaumont 3 is near the RUE MONTORGUEIL very famous pedestrian street in center of Paris (1 minute to Place des Victoire,Opera etc..)METRO /SENTIER
Studette Wagram 4 or 5 is near a pedestrian street RUE PONCELET 1 minute to (CHAMPS ELYSEE ,ARC DE TRIOMPHE etc...)
Metro :TERNE or CHARLES DE GAULLE (RER STATION)
Can i visit the appartement?
we realize this website just to help people to have a real idea ,with the pics and the description of the flat.
second when we rent the flat we cant ask to the customer to let visit it.
if you rent it, do you want to be disturb by visit!! sure not so we regret but the only way is to see the pics and ask question about the flat.
but you have to know that you rent the flat for a short time like you go to a hotel do you visit the room of the hotel when you reserv it!!
What is the rating of the flat
we can say that is 3* rate level .the flat are clean, and just renoved.The Studio have been recently totaly renovated, nice marble bathroom with hydrotherapie and a new sofa bed is avalaible (very confortable )
studette Bachaumont and studette Wagram 4 or 5 are totally renovated its small appartement but very optimise .
Why i can 't reserv by credit card
Sorry but i'm not a travel agency just owner who rent flat for this case you earn fees,and because of the probleme of security with internet we prefer use normal way as check or traveller check.
How long will it take to respond to my reservation request?
normally in few hours but Maximum 24.00
I don't have 24 hours to wait for a confirmation. What can I do?

If i want rent what i have to do first ?
you have to check first the disponibility and after
you have to send me a deposit to confirm your location.
be sure to send with your check few words about your date arrival ,departure your name and adress and mail and the appartement choosen (STUDIO OR STUDETTE)
What is the amount of the deposit?
If you decide to rent
the flat, as for all the other temporary vacation rentals, and as the
flat is fully furnished, you will be asked for a deposit of 300 Euros
which must be sent in advance and which also serves as confirmation of
your booking.
The deposit can be an Amex Traveler’s Check or any normal bank check
made out in Euros or USD. sorry but we will not make any transaction with
credit card numbers via internet.
How much is my rental?
The price you will pay is the price that you read on each appartment description ;The price is all including (NO CHARGES NO FEES NO ELECTRICITY OR HEAT) and the linen cleaning is including ,you just have to clean the appartement when you leave that all .
THE WEEK RENTAL IS 7 NIGHTS .
If you stay more than one week day extra is charge as prorata .
example :you stay 8 nights : price is week price/7 X8 = your amount to pay
Do my deposit will be cashed?
If you send a check as deposit it will not be cashed (exept in case of no show or your part cancellation ), anyway, it is purely a security measure .
Are taxes included in
the rate?
All taxes are including and also insurance and
electricity .
some extra will be avalaible for ex In the studio its possible to connect a phone line cost 30 Euros (OFFER FO FREE)
we can rent you a mobile cost 50 Euros with credit phone .
Can i bring a pet?
sorry they are not allowed to stay ,we love pets
but it s not clean for the new customer .
