Si je veux louer un appartement quel est la procedure à effectuer?

1/verifier la disponibilité par tel ou mail

2/ Envoyez un cheque constituant votre déposit 30 %du montant de la reservation (ou d'au moins 100 euros ) pour confirmer votre location.' ce chèque n'est pas encaissé il montre le serieux de votre demande et évite les réservations fantaisistes)Il servira de caution et vous sera restitué à votre sortie.Dés reception je vous confirme votre location par tel ou mail.

!!!!!Ce chèque sera accompagné de vos coordonnées exactes (nom,adresse ,mail ,tel etc;;;) et de l'appartement (STUDIO OU STUDETTE) choisit et de vos dates exactes d'arrivée et de départ afin de ne faire aucune erreur et de pouvoir vous contacter .

HOW MAKING MY BOOKING

1/you have to check first the disponibility by mail or phone (0603166026) and after

2/you have to send me a deposit to confirm your location 30%of the total amount (minimum 100 euros)be sure to send with your check few words about your exacte date arrival ,departure your name and adress ,tel and mail and the appartement choosen (STUDIO OR STUDETTE).Soon i receive it i confirm your rental by mail.

What is the amount of the deposit? If you decide to rent the flat, as for all the other temporary vacation rentals, and as the flat is fully furnished, you will be asked for a deposit of 30%of the total rent which must be sent in advance and which also serves as confirmation of your booking.
The deposit can be an Amex Traveler’s Check or any normal bank check made out in Euros or USD. sorry but we will not make any transaction with credit card numbers via internet.
