Furnished Room BACHAUMONT

A totally renoved furnished room very charming but carrefully no toilet in the room .(share in the floor)

reserved for a young people or young spirit.

This room is situated near "la place des Victoires"and "la rue Montorgueil" in the 2eme arrondisssement in a very quiet street in a pedestrian area .

The area is full a shops,restaurants ,and animations (swimming pool ,theater des halles ,)very closed.

The very central situation make this place very pleasant to live. Entertainment are very close also public transportation   plan

nearest subway : Sentier or les halles

It s a small room around 10 m2 (base indicative non contractuelle) at 7 floor with a lift ,with a window to the street . the building is very cosy and there are a concierge and a digicode .

The room have been totally renovated .you will find a bed for 1people,a tv monitor ,

a shower is availaible but there is no WC . Toilet are situated in the floor and you have to share them.

A kitchennette( owen ,fridge )is also availaible and you can find many ustensil for cook and prepare your food.

When you rent the room we provide your linen for FREE

minimum rental is 7 days

one week is 250 Euros

14 days is 390 Euros

30 days is 600 euros

At your arrival we check together the appartement as at your departure and a seasonnal contract will it give to you.You pay for your location at your arrival when you take your keys ,in cash in Euros or $ .(sorry we don't accept check because of the small period of location )

no refund is possible if you decide to reduce your rental .

The price including the linen ,heat,water,electric consumation ,taxes etc..) 

 A cleaning is ready at your arrival but you have to give back the room clean as you find if not we charge it for you 20 euros.

If you can't or don't want make it we can make it for you at a cost of 20 Euros.

NB: Arrival are made in the begining of the afternoon and the leaving is 10.00 (because we need to check the apartement and clean for the new

If you want to leave late(max 13.00) it will be possible but you have to ask it before and we bill automaticly the cleaning assistance .

ps: A deposit of 300 Euros is asked for waranty and will give you back at your departur eafter a checking .this deposit can be your check that you have send for reservation of the apartement.
